We are expanding our Smart Office concept with an additional floor of flexible workspaces designed for companies looking for a move-in-ready office. The new space will combine bright interiors and a functional workstation layout with dedicated areas for teamwork and informal meetings.

The project has been designed to accommodate different ways of working. A carefully planned layout, ergonomic furniture, appropriate lighting and acoustic solutions will provide a comfortable environment for both focused day-to-day work and team collaboration.

The new offices are scheduled to become available in 2027. In the meantime, we are sharing the first visualisations and floor plans, offering a preview of the planned design and the possibilities of the new space at Millenium Plaza.
