One monthly fee includes 24/7 office access, cleaning, individual climate control and high-speed internet. Tenants also have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a meeting room available to book by the hour and secure bicycle parking.

Furniture rental is also available, while the building manager is on hand to assist with day-to-day matters. A flexible two-month notice period allows companies to adapt their lease to changing needs and gives teams the freedom to continue growing.
